Damaged in transit, the wrong item, or simply not what you needed — here's how we put it right.
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email info@depicta.co.za with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or two if possible.
We will replace the affected items or refund them, at our cost — including return shipping where a collection is needed.
If you change your mind, you may return any item to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original saleable condition.
Return shipping costs are for your account. We recommend using a tracked courier — we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
If we accept an order but cannot fulfil it because stock has run out or the item has been discontinued, we will let you know and refund you in full within 30 days of confirming the cancellation.
Orders that are paid for but cancelled before they leave our warehouse qualify for a full refund. Just email us as soon as possible at info@depicta.co.za.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible — card refunds go back to the same card via Payfast, and EFT payments are repaid by EFT to the originating bank account.
Once we process the refund on our side it usually reflects within a few working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
