The rules of the road for buying from Depicta.
Depicta (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2013/130186/07) is a South African educational publisher. We design, source and distribute books, posters, charts, stickers and other classroom materials. These terms apply to all orders placed with us, whatever the channel.
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and successful payment.
We may cancel or refuse an order if pricing, stock or product information was incorrect, if payment cannot be cleared, or if we cannot fulfil the order for operational reasons. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full within 30 days.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a price is shown incorrectly we may correct it and contact you before fulfilling the order.
Online card payments are processed by Payfast (Payfast (Pty) Ltd), a South African payment gateway. Payfast accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, SnapScan, Zapper and Mobicred. Card details are entered on Payfast's secure environment and are not stored on our servers; transactions are protected with industry-standard TLS encryption.
You may also pay by EFT — we will email an invoice with our banking details, and your order ships once payment reflects.
We ship to addresses inside South Africa only. Most orders ship within 5 working days of payment clearing, with delivery times depending on location and courier.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Damaged, incorrect, unavailable and change-of-mind orders are covered by our Refund Policy , which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Depicta (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement: Unit 1, Acacia Industrial Park, 17 Arbeid Avenue, Strydom Park, Johannesburg, 2169.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
